The LEGO KidsFest is coming to the Greater Richmond Convention Center in Richmond, VA February 15-17, 2013. Below, you'll find the information required to become an exhibitor. If you still have questions, please contact show management.

EXHIBITOR BADGES
Exhibitor badges will be mailed to the on-site contact at least 3 weeks before the event. Badges must be distributed to each staff member working each session before they arrive on site. Show management will not be responsible for lost badges.

LOAD IN/LOAD OUT INFORMATION
Exhibitors must load in/out using the loading docks that are accessible from the entrance located at the corner of 3rd street and Leigh Street.
Check in with the staff member at the exhibitor check in table once inside the hall.
Each exhibitor will have 20 minutes to unload and check in. Please then move your car to garage or lot. Show management does not validate parking.
Please bring all necessary equipment needed to load in (hand truck, dollie, etc.) No equipment will be available on-site for exhibitor use.

• Sunday, February 17, 2013 from 7:45pm to 11:59pm

Exhibitor Rules and Regulations
1) No sales of any kind including the acceptance of cash, credit card numbers or checks.
2) No stickers.
3) No helium balloons.
4) No music, unless approved by Life Marketing & Events.
5) No bags of any kind can be distributed.
6) No tips/donations may be solicited.
7) All exhibitors must stay in assigned booth and may not walk around event to solicit/market organization or business.
8) All give a ways must be pre-approved by LIFE Marketing & Events.
9) Booth must be staffed at all times throughout the weekend.
10) Booths must remain open from beginning to end of event.
11) No outside food may be brought into the convention center. Concessions will be available throughout the weekend.
12) All booth materials need to be non flammable and non toxic. No open flames.
13) All booth staff must be 18 years or older.
14) Children under the age of 18 are not allowed on the show floor during load in/load out hour.
15) Show management is not responsible for lost or stolen items on the show floor. Please do not bring any unnecessary valuable personal items onto the show floor.
16) Reminder: Show management does not validate parking.
If rules/regulations are not followed, exhibitor may be asked to leave.
Requirements for exhibitors that have been approved by LIFE Marketing & Events for an on-site vehicle:
1) Battery disconnected
2) ¼ tank or less of gas
3) Gas cap locked or taped shut
4) Drip pan under vehicle
Please note: The facility, LIFE Marketing & Events and the LEGO Group are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Insurance Information for Participants
All exhibitors must secure and maintain general liability insurance in order to set up a display on-site. You will need to contact your insurance carrier and have them list LIFE Marketing & Events, LLC as the certificate holder.
A Certificate of General Liability must name:
• LIFE Marketing & Events, LLC at 106 South Street, West Hartford, CT 06110.
• be in the amount of 1,000,000/2,000,000 minimum liability coverage.

EXHIBITOR SERVICES
The Greater Richmond Convention Center offers several options when ordering electrical, internet, audio visual, cleaning or food services for your booth.
Placing your order in advance presents you with an opportunity to save a considerable amount of money on your required services. To ensure you receive the advanced rates; orders & payment must be received by January 30th. Payment may be made by Check, Visa, MasterCard, or American Express.
To order, you will need your booth #. If you do not have your booth #, please contact Shannon Silver at 860-953-4500 ext. 146.

ADDITIONAL BOOTH NEEDS (Demers Events & Expo Services)
Each 10x10 booth includes one 6 ft. table (topped and skirted), 2 chairs, 3 ft. pipe and drape side rails and an 8 ft. backdrop.
To order carpet, additional table/chairs or to schedule labor for the set-up and/or tear-down of your booth, please download the Demers Exhibitor Services Kit (Coming Soon) and print out the appropriate forms. NOTE: Use the load-in/load-out times listed above on this page, not the hours mentioned in the Demers Exhibitor Services Kit.
The most common forms needed in the Demers Exhibitor Services Kit (Coming Soon) are:
• Schedule labor for the set-up and/or tear-down of your booth (page 10)
• Carpet (page 3)
• Additional table/chairs (page 3)

Important Shipping Dates:
• DIRECT SHIPMENTS: Direct shipment will only be accepted at the Greater Richmond Convention Center on or after Wednesday, February 13th.
• LATE SHIPMENTS: Demers reserves the right to accept or refuse shipments arriving before or after the deadline referenced above. If accepted, exhibitor will be charged an additional $10.00 per cwt, $100.00 minimum.

Parking:
Greater Richmond Convention Center Parking Deck is $6.00 per day. Pay attendant upon entry. Payments accepted; Cash, MasterCard, Visa, American Express. Show management does not reimburse for parking.
Directions to the Greater Richmond Convention Center Self-Parking Facility (The entrance is located on 3rd Street between Marshall and Broad Street):
I-95 North Bound:
Exit #74C Medical College of Virginia stay to the left and take Broad Street/State Capitol/Coliseum exit. Go west on Broad Street to North 3rd Street. Turn right onto 3rd Street. Travel ¼ of a block, turn right into the Greater Richmond Convention Center’s Parking Deck.
I-95 South/64 East Bound:
Exit I-95 to the exit #75 I-64 East/3rd Street. Bear right for 3rd Street. (Do not go straight on the junction, it will take you to I-64 East). Travel ahead to 3rd and Marshall streets. The Greater Richmond Center Parking Deck will be on the left.
I-64 West Bound (from Airport):
Exit #190 5th Street exit. Proceed to 5th and Jackson streets. Turn right onto Jackson Street and proceed to 3rd Street. Turn left onto 3rd Street. Travel three blocks to 3rd and Marshall streets and turn left into the Greater Richmond Convention Center’s Parking Deck.
Loading Dock Directions:
The loading dock facilities are accessible by utilizing the 3rd Street alleyway entrance. The loading dock alleyway is located to the south of the Facility’s parking facility on 3rd Street between Marshall Street and Broad Street. To access the loading dock, turn into the alleyway adjacent to the parking deck. Please note that the loading dock is to be used only for deliveries and loading/unloading. Parking in the loading dock is prohibited.
